On Saturday 12th April, owner of Laguna Motorcycles, Andrew Pearce, handed the True Heroes Racing team two immaculate Triumph Daytona 675R’s motorcycles with new livery and sponsors on board for 2014.Laguna Motorcycles of Kent are the largest multi franchise in the South East of England and have been sponsors of the True Heroes Racing team since they started their racing career in the Triumph Triple Challenge in 2013.However for the 2014 season, Laguna Motorcycles will be loaning the team two brand new 2014 Triumph Daytona 675′s as the team expand their rider line up to two riders.The team who are made up of injured service personnel with some members of which still serve our country are looking forward to getting the season started with riders, Murray Hambro and Luke Smith. Both riders will be lining up on the Triumph Triple Challenge grid this weekend at Brands Hatch (18/19/20/21st April 2014) with hopes of improving on last seasons results after pre-season testing at the circuit in March.True Heroes Racing

Ahead of the opening round at Pembrey race circuit in Wales, Yamaha Motor UK is pleased to announce that it will be extending its Yamalube* sponsorship of the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (CRMC) and its Production Racing class for the 2014 season. World Endurance Champion Vincent Philippe and World Superbike and Supersport rider Vittorio Iannuzzo will be teamed together to race the 2014 German IDM Superbike Championship.The Frenchman and Italian will pilot the HPC Power Suzuki Racing Team’s GSX-R1000s in the series that kicks off at the beginning of next month at Lausitzring.“Although most of the tracks are unknown to Vittorio and Vincent, we expect strong results inside the top five,” says HPC race engineer Andreas Köder.In Supersport, 2012 Champion Tatu Lauslehto will race the Team Suzuki Mayer GSX-R600 and Nina Prinz, although focussed on the Qatar Superbike Championship, will race selected Superbike rounds on her HPC Power Suzuki Team GSX-R1000.IDM Superbikes
